HOW TO UNDERSTAND AND USE THE AI FREEDOM ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP AREA
Welcome to the AI Freedom Academy Membership Area.
Your membership area is designed to function as a business operating centre for learning, prospecting, selling AI and digital services, managing opportunities, delivering work, monitoring referrals and managing business activity.
The core process is
LEARN → FIND LEADS → RESEARCH → CONTACT → FOLLOW UP → CLOSE → DELIVER → EARN → REPEAT
You do not need to master every feature on your first day. Learn the major areas, then develop a consistent operating routine.
1YOUR MEMBER DASHBOARD
Use the Dashboard as your business command centre. Review membership information, leads, training, sales activity, referrals, commissions, wallets, notifications, jobs and other available tools. Each login should lead to a business-building action.
2UNDERSTANDING YOUR MEMBERSHIP LEVEL
Current paid structure: Professional AI Agent — $19.99/month with 50 monthly AI leads; Agency AI Agent — $49.97/month with 200 monthly AI leads; Executive AI Agent — $99.97/month with 500 monthly AI leads. An Associate/free entry level may also be available. Always check the live Membership/Upgrade page for current terms.
3MEMBERSHIP IS NOT AN INCOME GUARANTEE
Membership provides training, infrastructure and operating capacity. It does not automatically produce customers or income. Members still need to learn, prospect, research, follow up, sell, deliver quality work and retain clients.
4WHEN TO UPGRADE
Upgrade when your activity justifies more capacity. Ask whether you are using your present leads, following up consistently, using the CRM, sending proposals and able to manage a larger pipeline. Upgrade for business capacity rather than status.
5UPGRADING AND DOWNGRADING
Use the membership level appropriate to your current activity and budget. A higher level can provide more capacity, while a lower level may be appropriate when higher capacity is temporarily unused.
6AI JOB LEADS CENTRE
Use the AI Job Leads Centre to find businesses, discover opportunities, work leads, send proposals and pursue AI projects. A lead is an opportunity to begin a sales process—not a guaranteed customer.
7MONTHLY AI LEADS
Current monthly allocations are 10 for Associate, 50 for Professional, 200 for Agency and 500 for Executive. Admin generates and manages the Academy lead pool, and eligible monthly leads are released automatically to members. Research each useful lead before outreach: understand the company, its customers, likely decision makers and a genuine problem your service may address.
8ADMIN-MANAGED LEAD DELIVERY
Member self-generation has been removed. Admin generates and quality-checks the Academy lead pool. The system releases eligible monthly leads automatically according to membership level. Members can add their own independently sourced prospects to My Leads without reducing the Academy allocation.
9MY LEADS
For every useful lead: research the business, identify a possible problem, find the appropriate decision maker, determine a relevant service, make professional contact, record the activity and schedule the next action.
10ADDITIONAL LEADS
If additional lead packages are available, purchase them when you have the capacity and sales process to work them. More unused leads do not solve an execution problem.
11MARKETING & SALES CENTRE
Study the complete sales process: Finding Customers, Researching Businesses, Email Outreach, LinkedIn Outreach, Telephone Prospecting, Discovery Calls, Presenting AI Services, Objection Handling, Proposals & Closing, Follow-Up & CRM, Corporate Sales Toolkit and International Outreach & Compliance.
12FINDING AND RESEARCHING CUSTOMERS
Look for business problems such as slow response, missed calls, weak follow-up, repetitive administration, manual booking or content bottlenecks. Research the website, services, customer journey and visible processes before outreach. Research creates a hypothesis; discovery confirms the need.
13OUTREACH
Use email, LinkedIn and telephone professionally. Keep outreach relevant, truthful and focused on beginning a useful business conversation. Avoid indiscriminate spam.
14DISCOVERY CALLS
Discover the current process, problems, bottlenecks, business impact, desired outcome, timeline, constraints, budget considerations, decision process and stakeholders. Diagnose before you prescribe.
15PRESENTING AI SERVICES
Explain business outcomes rather than relying on technical jargon. Connect each feature to a useful outcome such as faster response, more consistent follow-up, easier booking, reduced repetitive work or better content production.
16OBJECTION HANDLING
Use LISTEN → CLARIFY → RESPOND → NEXT STEP. Understand concerns about price, timing, AI, existing providers or risk before responding. Do not argue or make unsupported guarantees.
17PROPOSALS & CLOSING
A professional proposal should explain the client problem, objective, solution, deliverables, scope, timeline, responsibilities, investment, applicable ongoing costs and next step. Never promise unconfirmed capabilities.
18PROSPECT CRM
Treat the CRM as the memory of your sales business. Prospects may move through NEW → CONTACTED → FOLLOW UP → MEETING → PROPOSAL → NEGOTIATION → WON/LOST. Every active prospect should have a next action.
19FOLLOW-UP
Many sales are not completed during the first conversation. Follow up with useful information, answers, proposals, demonstrations or agreed actions. Respect requests to stop contact.
20AI SALES ASSISTANCE
Use AI to assist prospect research, discovery questions, outreach drafts, call preparation, follow-ups, objection preparation, proposals, meeting summaries and presentations. Check important information before sending it to clients.
21SALES MATERIALS
Use Academy sales materials to support professional communication, but understand the services you present so you can answer client questions accurately.
22AI BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY GUIDES
Study Why Join & Upgrade, Benefits to Members, Future of AI Services, AI Services Earning Potential and the $250,000/Year Strategy. Business targets and revenue illustrations are educational planning scenarios, not guaranteed earnings.
23AI SERVICES & FULFILMENT
Before selling, understand the requirement, confirm feasibility, identify who will fulfil the work, understand cost, establish a realistic timeline, define responsibilities and communicate accurately. Use capable fulfilment support where available.
24JOBS & PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES
Depending on permissions, approved providers may view opportunities, apply, receive assignments, submit work, handle revisions, complete projects and receive earnings. Accept only work you can reasonably deliver.
25CLIENTS VS MEMBERS
Members/agents participate in the Academy business-building system. Clients are customers seeking AI or digital projects. Keeping these account types distinct creates a clearer marketplace.
26REFERRALS & COMMISSIONS
Use the Referrals area to monitor qualifying referral activity. Membership and Business Launchpad commissions are governed by the current compensation plan, eligibility and payment rules. Always refer to the live plan.
27WALLETS & TRANSACTIONS
The system may include Cash Wallet, Purchase Wallet and Ad Credits. Review credits, debits, commissions, purchases, adjustments and withdrawals. Do not assume every wallet balance is withdrawable.
28WITHDRAWALS & PAYOUT ACCOUNTS
Follow current withdrawal rules, minimums and verification requirements. Keep payout details accurate and double-check financial information before submission.
29PROFILE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Complete your profile professionally. List genuine skills and experience. Never invent employers, projects, clients, certifications or results.
30PORTFOLIO
Where client permission and confidentiality rules allow, build a portfolio showing the problem, solution, examples and properly measured results.
31AGENCY AREA
Develop from freelancer to service provider to structured agency by defining services, pricing, pipeline, fulfilment systems, quality control, client management, team resources, recurring revenue and financial management.
32COMMUNITY, CONNECTIONS & MESSAGES
Use community features for learning and professional collaboration. Members with complementary sales, automation, video, website or other skills can work together where appropriate.
33RANKS, REWARDS & NOTIFICATIONS
Study current rank requirements carefully and build through genuine business activity. Check notifications for leads, projects, payments, approvals, messages and system updates.
34SECURITY & SETTINGS
Use a strong password, protect verification codes and keep contact, payout and account information current.

IMPORTANT BUSINESS & INCOME NOTICE
AI Freedom Academy membership, training, leads, referrals and business tools do not guarantee clients, commissions, revenue or profit. Actual results depend on factors including activity, market conditions, skills, pricing, sales performance, service quality, expenses, fulfilment and client retention. Revenue examples and business targets should be treated as educational planning scenarios rather than promises of earnings.
