Bonus Economics
How Leadership Development Bonuses Should Be Funded.
Leadership Development Bonuses should be paid only from sustainable company revenue generated by qualifying product and service sales — never merely because people registered or paid membership fees. The published PV and TV thresholds help tie leadership recognition to substantial qualifying business activity. The Academy should separately model gross margin, commissions, refunds, operating costs and its bonus reserve so that every bonus remains financially sustainable.
01
Real Sales First
PV and TV must come from eligible completed business activity defined by the Leadership Development Bonus Plan.
02
Bonus Reserve
The Academy should maintain an internal bonus reserve from company revenue so major bonuses are financially supported before approval.
03
One-Time Milestone Bonus
The displayed Leadership Development Bonus should be treated as a one-time bonus for first achieving and being verified at that rank, unless the official plan states otherwise.
04
Admin Verification
Sales, cancellations, refunds, PV, TV, productive legs, account standing and other requirements should be verified before a bonus is released.
Example: The $120,000 Crown Diamond bonus requires 200,000 PV and 10,000,000 TV, while the $250,000 Global Crown Ambassador bonus requires 350,000 PV and 20,000,000 TV. These bonuses should only become payable after every published qualification has been satisfied and the Academy has verified the underlying qualifying volume, refunds, cancellations, productive legs and account standing.
The bonus itself should never be presented as guaranteed merely because a member joined,
paid membership fees or recruited others.
